About us

We are a company that produces and commercializes fresh fruit, that has been operating for more than fifteen years in Terres de l’Ebre, Catalonia, specialized in the production, packaging and export of cherries worldwide.

CERIMA Cherries produces and commercializes the best cherry varieties of the moment, as well as those that have traditionally been demanded by consumers.

We grow our own orchards with the care and dedication they deserve, with high standards, looking for a product of the highest quality.

History

We emerged as a family business in 2004, as a result of the union of three partners to process their cherries together, in a more efficient way.

In the beginning, different areas of Terres de l’Ebre were integrated into this project. Gradually, new lands in Baix Camp and Segrià were added.

The three initial partners, along with a fourth that was added a few years later, are still suppliers of the fruit we process.

At first, we had 50 hectares, a process plant of 600 m2, a scale and a truck, that have been growing to transform into 450 hectares and our current facilities, which were remodelled and reopened in 2019, obtaining the highest quality recognitions.

We are a producer and marketer specializing in cherries, aimed at generating a satisfactory experience for our customers, being benchmarks in terms of quality in global markets.
