We are present throughout the value chain in cherry production. In the field, we constantly advise and train on best practices for our producers from soil preparation, planting of new trees, pruning, irrigation, nutrition, health and harvesting.
In the production plant, we focus on the processing of the best quality of fruit from our fields, going through a strict process of receiving, selecting, calibrating and packing the fruit, and being kept cold until it is dispatched and commercialized.
Our warehouse is equipped with the latest technology available on the markets for the selection, calibration, packaging and preservation of cherries. Our calibrating machine has more than 20 process lines and uses artificial vision software that allows generating multiple photographs of each fruit to select them by quality and condition through an infrared sensor.
Being present throughout the chain allows us to control and optimize the processes, so that we can certify that our products have optimal quality and food safety.
